Perhaps they shouldn't have gotten so GREEDY and let go of their workers like regicide.

He could have kept everyone up to day on what was going on, but they let him go years ago now.

RS3 suffered today NOT for an RS3 update but so you could SQUEEZE IN another CRAP version of the game on the SAME SERVERS!

You wanted to INFLATE those mems numbers but as usual you did NOT want to pay for it!

Again, we SUFFERED for YOUR GREED GAGEX!

This wasn't due to an update for RS3!

This was to cover YOUR back-ends and YOUR shortcuts to not having to 1 by 1 refund accounts YOU decide to just roll EVERYONE back so you could save YOURSELF the trouble that YOU caused and NO ONE ever asked for!

P.S. I hope your Fresh SCAM Worlds (FSW) crash and burn!

Even games that don't have membership compensate for downtime and massive bugs which affect lots and lots of players. Whether they be MMO's mostly single players, co-op, pvepvp syled stuff, they all give you some kind of compensation for maintenance downtime and bugs that affect lots of players nowadays. RS is actually behind the times in that regard. It's a very 2001 mentality not to compensate for these kinds of things. Showing you actually consider your playerbase as more than just piggy banks goes a long way yo know.

These other games, they do things for every anniversary of the game, RS has been going on over 20 years, we've had what, 2 Big celebrations? Talk about slacking. Jagex could learn something from how other companies run things. Each year you run, each year you give a little more to the players. It shows them you care that they keep coming back. Some companies do free exhibitions and massive concerts for their playerbase. Jagex does Runefest, but you have to buy your ticket? Talk about lagging behind.

Practically not just games but all kinds of businesses don't compensate for a short duration of service outages. I don't doubt almost everybody has experienced WIFI, and other utilities like gas, electricity, water supply outages plenty of times. I never recall all these service providers and governments compensated us for our momentary loss of services.

I don't mind Jagex compensate us for all our lost time due to GIM, Leagues, 3PC induced bugs, IM shared storage duping, FSW etc, but realistically I don't think it will happen. Good luck anyway. :)

not just a service outage people who got rares were rolled back and lost loot ,,,, people payed for members on multiple accounts trying to get in after a mod told them to retry it after restarting client...... its a fiasco ..... this isnt something minor............. a widely hyped update that was delayed for weeks to prevent this kind of thing from happening and it still happens..... obviously the QA team made a huge blunder not testing character creation from scratch..... Fact is players should be given refunds without having to ask for them..... every person that bought members for a failed fsw account should be refunded without the need for submitting a request for refund..... downplaying this is just backwards the whole community understands that this was a huge blunder lol.... bump

We have this kind of rollbacks and "fiasco" in RSC/RS2/OSRS/RS3 all the past 21 years. We were never compensated for them except Login-Logout. Why should we do it now suddenly just for FSW?

Yeah, I lost more than time. I was on yaktrack 32 now im 29.. Had bonus exp saved in divi skill and its all gone, And so is my 8 keys i used to get said bonus exp. Also lost 3 quest that i done(And i hate Quest). .. Im half tempted to just quit again.

No idea, but I couldn't stop expecting some sorts of problems like DDoS attacks, rollbacks or at least extreme lagginess and disconnections etc on the days when Jagex run or sponsor some sorts of pvp tournaments for real money after learning from every OSRS DMM the last few years.

I guess I was smart not to play when I expected I would have lost all my progress. ;)
