Yeah werewolf, me too , I only get mondays off and have never been able to play the game for 4 hours now ,this game is getting to be a joke . Every time there is an update something goes wrong.
Me personally there are other games that compensate according to their server outages and maintenance schedules. Jagex should adopt this for any outage, maintenance schedules or anything a like.
Either it be 1 hour to 5 hours +, the amount we 'should' get should reflect the amount of time we lost where we should of been playing the game.
I think there should be 3 compensations, 1 for free to play, 1 for Amazon prime gaming and 1 for a paid membership at the very least, if not all the same worth from our lost time in game, they should equal an amount lowest to highest according to the order of the list.
Not forgetting to mention that this is a huge mess up, it better be worth my time spent offline for hours for the compensation.

-.- Just my opinion ...
Only if the servers outages last many days, not hours.
As I mentioned, OSRS has experienced similar server situations many times this year alone but Jagex never compensated anybody. On the other hand, we did get compensations for the login-logout problem in early 2021 when the service wasn't available to many players for days.
Well, perhaps you, the OSRS players, should have asked for compensation on these occasions instead of trying to dissuade us, the RS3 players, from doing so now.

I doubt if OSRS players can ask for compensation of their many occasions of server outages and rollbacks this year either. Just look at DMM and we should get a clue. It is a competitive game mode with real world money prize and not just virtual items. Yet, OSRS was able to wipe out their final results twice and deprive some winners of real money prizes without compensations, and the others have to wait many many month for the re-run to pay extra membership and compete again. It is hard to make a case random server outages of a short duration necessitate any compensation.

i was rolled back the drop i got gone. But its still on my metrics log....
I think that's because Runemetrics log is an external file not on the the RS3 database Jagex rollback. It is just a text message. It should affect your in game Collection Log and such.

Could NOT be more wrong FANBOY!
Always defending GAGex!
WOT straight up gives an ENTIRE day of premium back if their servers are down for more than 30mins-1hr which happens at least monthly when they do w/e on their end.
SORRY NOT SORRY!
But REAL gaming companies know how to treat their customers right!
