I just realized that once you unlock battling Rascial, all this crap about making this armor is garbage. Well, yes you probably need Tank T90 and T80 weapons to beat the boss. But Rasial drops T95 armor. Which is what you want anyway. Be a while collecting. But the point is everything is just an exercise. I am a bit disappointed that the quest line, with him was so short. But I am told the T95 set is awesome. It all reminds of getting my Primal for Dung. But yes it takes some work to get to this stage. I also learned that the damage done by Nec really builds up at 100+ But not sure I want to be maxed combat again.
Yes, we just need to unlock Rasial one for the lore based content. There really isn't much to complain even for the ones who don't care about combat.
As for the quest line of Rasial is too short, it is because we haven't really started the Rasial storyline. The City of Um questline is just an introduction to Necromancy and City of Um but I fully believe the Rasial storyline is far, far beyond Necromancy and Um and may even merit the Guthix storyline well into the next 10 years.
Hint hint... Rasial told us in this short storyline we will get to know him AFTER we prove our worthiness to him. It is not the time yet... so the actual Rasial storyline hasn't started yet.
