The main point is the Kili Knowledge series are for skillers to craft Necromancy gear, and upgrade lower tier to higher tiers for themselves as well as making profits for the others who can buy them.
Those who aren't going through the Kili Knowledge can just buy and wear what the Kili Knowledge skillers sell. They just can't upgrade them. So they need to buy higher tier gear if they grow out of the level.

thats incorrect, unless you complete kili's knowledge your unable to wear the armour thats produced, if you had 99 necromancy but didnt complete kili's knowledge VII your still unable to wear the tier 90 armour
further then that if what your saying is true your expecting skillers to go kill the ambassador with no prior knowledge just to be able to craft the armour they plan on selling to pvmers who cant wear it as they never completed kili's tasks
thank you for making me aware of my low lvl player who has been playing for years and enjoyed . would blame i find it hard to do new things been so old for this game . pensioner now so have more time but still dont want to spend 2 hours to win at the fire cape day after day till i get it . or dieing 100s at the other 2 big bosses .
please be aware there are people who dont like it . so mid range boss fights seem fair for all ;
with respect mighty
"If players buy them from the Grand Exchange, they will get a in-game message saying "You must have crafted this item at least once in order to wear it." As a result, armour pieces should not be purchased from the Grand Exchange unless multiple pieces are desired"

If you don't like killing bosses, you don't have to. That's why we have Rituals for players to max Necromancy without having to kill even one mob, let alone a Jad.
On the other hand, OP and the likes can still get achievements like the Necromancy done in Nex masses and such quite easily.
with respect dilbert it is not about getting to 120 lv it is about achivments over the last couple of years they have made it harder for people who like to play this game solo and not in groups. if it was about the 120 do you not think after playing so many years non stopping i would allready have all 120 ; so please show respect to others.
with respect mighty ;
with respect Mighty Gil as I mentioned in my post just above yours, such Necromancy achievements like Nex can be done in a group, and a very big community supported group frequently organized by the Pink Skirts RS3 community called "masses".
If you are not bossing, why would you need more than T70 gear anyway? Unless you want a comp cape. But comp cape was originally about people who are completionists which do complete content of the game, including bosses.
