The runescore shard is very unfair it punishes ppl with high runescore unless you have 31k+ while giving advantages to new alt accounts. If we have a runescore shard just make it a total runescore requirement like 15k or 10k.

On the other hand some shards like the Vorkath Shard are unfair to new alt accounts as they may not even have the requirements to even start the quest.

We have 12 Shards but only need 8 to complete the Hunt. All kinds of players have all the choices to complete the Hunt the fairest way to them. That's why this event is really good and balanced.

runescore could be a tricky one for me as well, since most the simple ones have been done, leaving only the annoying ones behind, reckon anyone with 23k + runescore could have trouble with this task

but theres 11 more one of which is unlimited so not the end of the world

I didn't go for the RuneScore shard, but I kinda like seeing it made kind of important around certain times as those achievements are often placed on the back-burner and its a cool way to introduce players to completing them before the time comes to go for comp outright.

Especially if it's optional and not required.

I think the 31k runescore limit is too high. 20k seems more reasonable.
I won't be trying to get the runescore shard. I now have 7 shards and will be trying to get the artisan shard for the last one.

I feel for ya tried for thieving friend got in no time tried for hrs nothing so switched but whats really lame over 400mil thieving xp and like 20mil since i came back for necro and still no thieving pet or agility pets thought supposed to be easier after 200mil

Lol, you can see when I became a member and I only have a 13k Runescore. Much of what I have done did not have achievements back then and I'll get round to doing them again at some point I suppose but why? I've already done them. I dunno. Basically, I won't be getting a shard this way. Have 4 so far. Therefore, I'll carry on as I am and hope to hell I'll get a combat and boss one at GWD.

I do think 14 days is a bit short though, didn't the Golden Crown and Cape have longer to get?

I have already completed this event yesterday, after just 1 day.

Bear in mind we are guaranteed a skill shard in no more than 3 hours of skilling. Most other shards either require no time (Premier Club, 15 million or 5k Proteans) or less than 3 hours (Vorkath quest, 1 Vorkath kill, clue scroll steps, all should be done in an hour each).

Literally, there is almost no way for players not to complete this event if they play 2 hours a day.

Agreed this would have been a better choice, next event needs to be lower runescore.
