even tho the parcel of the dead event was extended to the 24th of july, it doesn't say if the last wills redemption period has be extended as well. have they been extended or do they expire on the 24th as well?

According to the Wiki, the wills themselves will be removed a week later, on July 31st.
This seems to be based on them confirmed to be staying for a week after the original end date (before it was extended with the soul dye rework). There's no actual source confirming they will be removed on July 31st.

I will redeem all my Last Wills at the end of today, regardless when is the last day they will be removed. The incredibly simple reason is why not? I have at least one more daily claim to make and nothing else to lose. It is a just a no brainer to place a visit to Pete at the end of today regardless. :)
