Hello, I have the same problem, can't find the option "fresh start", it sends me straight to "Design your hero" and select difficulty.

Should I post my new account email here to get support or what should I do? O_o

Ruined 1 account. Created 2nd and I am not proceeding from the Design Your Hero screen and constantly re-logging in and checking the Game Modes. Its showing the usual 3 modes - Standard, Ironman, and H-Ironman. No FSW option.

I am NOT EVEN SURE if I have already ruined my 2nd account by just logging in. I DONT KNOW if I have to create another from scratch for the FSW option to appear.

The instructions to creating a FSW account should have come with screenshots and great PRECISION.

I am beginning to think they worlds weren't even implemented... I've never transferred a membership before, I'm so confused and I even followed the directions.

Discord was what I've been following in announcements.

Rollback and servers down for 3 hours on main page if ya missed it... rollback

I'm at least happy to keep my request to delete the first FSW account in, because the mobile directions implied that I'd be able to add membership to it AFTER logging in, so it didn't have membership. I figure if it's deleted now I can use the email to make a new account the second time FSW starts.
