"We have recieved a few reports of some players reaching design your hero without the FSW prompt. Please do not proceed if you do not get a choice on Fresh Start Worlds before this. Rebooting the client should cause this to appears as intended"

Well, I downloaded the client in the fresh start info, twice, and still nothing......thinking my newly made acc now is done for........members and all......

Didn't see any fsw button thingy anywhere. Still havent logged into a world tho so hopefully........

Don't tell people after 12 game time then when people log after that time that they should have waited... you guys owe us 1. An apology. 2. A refund

Obviously if it's fixable apology will do.

If not you just scammed a large portion of your own player base

It's 14:32 (GMT+2) and i just had that same problem.

I guess it's on me for not looking up if there are any problems before making a new character.....
