I also just did this. No FSW option and I paid with money for membership. I will literally never use this account again.

Friskstart is my new acc, made today. Friskstart means Freash start in Norwegian, I payed 1 year

And, btw, why can't Jagex/RS reply on forum? Not everyone have discord, and so on.......

It sounds like if you don't go past the character creation screen you can probably salvage it, by going to the website making sure you're signed in and set a name and loading it again.

so, if I started the game after UCT 12:00 pm after the purchase of a bond for fsw, but signed in before the report of not to sign in, you can fix it?

tbh, i did this twice...
1st time at 12:05 my time, so i figured i messd up bacause i was too early.
2nd time just now. somehow i was under the impression the world select would be after character creation. silly me

Rebooted it a few times. Pressed continue cause maybe fsw option was given later. Now I'm screwed payed for nothing. Rollback pls

I made a new character.
I made it member.

I logged in first time, and it's tossing me in an existing world...
Didn't get the select a FSW.

I am not paying twice.
