I've been a forum moderator for a few years for the brazilian community (check the Brazil flag in the bottom right corner of the site), and i was invited to give a helping hand here in the english community too as at the moment unfortunately they can't recruit a new player to the team and I already have training and knowledge on how to be a moderator. ohh very cool then :o welcome to our side of the forums then :D

my original account will be getting the 20 year veteran cape in less then a year. I lost that account for around 7 years after my mates next door decided to train a webcam on the keyboard and asked me to show off my stats, which at the time were quite high, but I made a new one and vowed to beat my old account in every way which I did with this account

For the Oldest Account SHARK is the oldest I believe. Other truly ancient players The Hate, TKS, SandyTrains, Amazonia, Oldnite, Angelmoon, MOTH, Zhongui (SP) , Lady Killjoy, Lightning, Tyrsbreath, Joshcom, Klammie, Himmler, Bunny, MarshMonster, AngryNoc, AznShorty, Fookaji, LikMeSaq, Dark Archer7, Red Dwarf, WifeBeater, Bluerose13x, LtAngel......... Just to name a few from that era before members was even a thought. Names I remember that I grew up seeing running around with or trying to kill Dad in the wilderness.

My Dad is one of them on that list and from that time, guess my P2W account is among them as well even though I was only like 9 back then. Remember Dad waiting impatiently for Members to go live and the hassle that it initially was to pay. I had quit playing by the time members came out and didn't start again until 2020ish. And just called Dad and asked how many of the Ancients he was friends with still play. Dad "Only see a few log on, the rare occasion I log in now days. Most of the names on my friends list are just [Numbers]"

He also adds Hans is not exactly honest, the age Hans gives you is from when Members started, not from when RS started.

I don't feel it's out of the realm of possibility there's still people around from month one of the game's release date. They just probly' have grandkids at this point to better occupy their time with :P .

In otherwords, I'd be curious how active the oldest few dozen accounts actually are, nowadays! And, if they actually continue playing RS3 or jumped ship to OSRS. - (Admin) Ornery Onions -

idk i may have the oldest active account. I remember playing while 3 servers and numbers would be only myself playing. members was not a thing. I bought members the day it was available to buy. I also do recall playing in 01
