It's in the Community Home sub-section because that is the section that one would never look for it. Jagex needed to hide their shame.

They should have a news post with all of the content they've shelved in the last year, but that's never going to happen.

is this chat even looked at where are the freebees from the beta mining/smithing ? message said I got some items including a cape free bank space can't remember the rest of the items but I did not see anyone getting them? where are they
