If it's an Android phone, at least you can plug it into your computer and pull the photos off that way. Plus side is, plugged in....it'll be on so you can transfer them off. iPhones can do the same too now that I think about it.

Good point though about the battery. Cheaper than buying a new phone.
I am fed up with this phone, it's so laggy and crappy. It's a smart phone, samsung, a few years old maybe. Anyway I tried doing the plug into pc thing and I could not transfer from phone to pc, but I could from pc to phone
Go figure aye.
