it was nice telling my mom how with the minimum wage being increased here my 6 years experience in my field and bachelors degree pays the same as a high school kid flipping burgers at mcdonalds. and they wont do anything to compensate.
tho to be fair im the first to admit that my art degree is a joke and irrelevant.
and operating a variety of forklifts/power equipment or a microwave is pretty much the same thing Old School

Sounds like the same issue in my area, min wage has gone up not too long ago...and where I work we have a similar problem. Being contracted, so far nothings been done either for Compensate. :( ORA High Council Member

Sounds like the same issue in my area i am glad min wage is going up, it needs to. my city actually had the highest average rent percentage increase in america last year. but yea it is weird that it doesnt impact all hourly workers and companies feel it is cool to just let us hit the bottom Old School
