Feeling very sad saying goodbye now. I agree with yt, the time has rushed by so fast! So little chance for those last interactions with players who we've known on the forums for years.

Well 'Scapers, if this is to be my swan song, I reckon it's a good one to go out with.

A song about the end of RuneScape - a sad thought which may come to pass sooner than anyone wants.

Thank you everyone as well. Its really sad to think that the time has finally come. Rather upsetting.

Shame that some are happy at the fact these boards are going, but in reality...people still used them, as they had many uses still. They had activity, it wasn't abandoned by the players as everyone claims.

I don't know if I'll get any other posts in before posting is disabled. I'm sure we'll all run into each other again somewhere in RuneScape.

So thankful to Mexk for the archive, at least our history is preserved. Can I turn in a paper without citing all sources?

Thank you for making that archive Mexk!

I am disappointed to see that the dev team did not make a post on these forums to address all the concerns we had about the closing of forum, nor the petition we made to keep the forums open.

Regardless, it has been a fun time here on these forums. Maybe those of us who prefer this "old-style" of communication can find a new home to chat.
