Ms Toxicity you going to remove my warning to other players to not have their pc highjacked as mine is right now! they have changed the password on other counts I have now. They clearly have access to my computer what the f am I supposed to do now... and you're going to tell me you're supporting these skum bags how bout you and you absolute worthless Jagex support do something about these serge. I'm not asking for my 100m back. my REAL LIFE SECURITY (PERSONAL INFO) IS AT RISK BECAUSE OF YOUR GAME DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

I've taken a look into your account and I can see that the hijacker removed the authenticator you had setup on your account. No recovery requests were made for your account, so the only way that the hijacker was able to remove your authenticator is by gaining access to your registered e-mail address.

To secure your e-mail address you should enable 2FA for your e-mail account and also change the password. It's also a good idea to have different passwords for your e-mail account and RuneScape accounts.

As for your other account ending in '1067' - I can see that they did also access that account. However no authenticator was set up for that account. Nothing was taken from that account (they logged into OSRS and you don't play OSRS on that account).

Unfortunately we are unable to return items that have been lost as a result of scamming / hijacking.

However I can tell you that I have located the person responsible for hijacking your account and our ACT team will be investigating this and permanently banning any accounts involved.

Can someone explain why this jmod has no name? Why doesn't it say Mod Alex S? Is this a jmod account where the jmod left jagex and another jmod is using? Anyone know?
The good news is that you can rest easy - it's a real JMod.

Jagex Moderator account permissions and profiles work a little bit differently than us players. In ELI5-ish terms, this particular JMod appears nameless because their profile data is missing, at least as far as the forums are concerned.

Yes, it can be fixed. No, I don't know how long it takes or when it will be - but if Mod Alex S is in a position where they will be using the forums often, it will be addressed.
