There's no real way of doing it, unfortunately. Personally, I just make a note of the conversations that I have had, or I scan back through a few pages. Conversations rarely extend over more than a few pages, which means that they're a little easier to track.

It's a bit like a random conversation between people sitting in a Waiting Area, lol.
