I brought fresh asparagus as they are in season and I haven't brought them since before my boys were born and I put it on their dinner plate instead of broccoli, one of them asked what is this and I told them and asked do you like it and they both said it was ok. The next night we had it again (got 2 bundles for $5) and they said they really enjoy it - I am so pleased as usually with new tastes kids screw their noses up and refuse to eat - it made my night they ate it with no fuss :D

This might possibly mean my younger son will now like asparagus rolls?? We will see.
If fat means flavour then I'm ******* delicious!
