Sadly, a login username or login email address (your case) cannot be changed. I know that it may be frustrating to have people send you unsolicited password reset requests. The best thing that you may do is simply ignore these requests as the people carrying these out will eventually get tired.

Since you mentioned that you were recently hijacked, I'd be ideal to improve your security setttings:
