Thank you very much for this. Glad I decided to check the forums for something and noticed this in my search. I wish they wouldn't try to be clever and do things like this without announcing it. I have missed out on so many promo, holiday, event, quest/content interaction, etc. rewards because they don't announce them. I know they sometimes want hidden content, but this one time thing is annoying. So, again thank you for the info.

Seems like he's still around since I just saw him in Prifddinas (and then went on to find him at the three other places).
And even though the current promo is now Phoenix Rising rather than Gifts from the Harvest, I could still use the keys that he gave (even though the message still says "which you can use in the "current" Gifts from the Harvest Promotion" XP).
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.
