Why No Wrapping Paper?

I was planning in saving The Big present / Something For Christmas
But why am Getting No Impish present / where is it even under the Christmas Tree?

Also I Had No clue why Jagex Replace The Christmas wrapping paper on The Treasure Hunter meter

am not sure if The Amount of Wrapping paper we was Getting would even Gave more presents then the Now presents what Replaced the wrapping paper or the meter Even. Why for The sudden change lately too. Why keep changing the Treasure Hunter meter. (seem a worst one Now For many )
seem a lot less of a Treat For Right on Christmas
Also the number of keys used so far for the top end of the meter Gone Down am sure since it changed.
It will Be Too Hard To Even Get To 400 keys when some of us can only Have a Few odd keys a Day many of us players are too poor Too just Buy maybe too and as the counter go down the number we use Before it makes it almost impossible or unlikely to get any good presents over christmas

I was a Free Too Play so Can Not Even Have The Presents from the meter

Then I notice we could not do mostly all the Christmas so I Have upgraded me to members
But That Have Not Fix Anything The impish present still Not Coming

just pay any Bit of money i Have For members For No Luck in Getting Anything from Events.

I am Feeling so sad and upset I just Not seem to Get any presents.
Am sure many players can Not pay Too Get so little or Nothing in The Hard Times we in

where the Christmas spirit at to Do something For Nothing Treat something For us players

am sure jagex will get the love and care from there players if they Give Better Treats, presents, care and Better Deals To The True caring Fans of The Game

so why can I not see my impish present for Christmas. This is unfair

Not Say I Not Get any Presents much about none this year.

Am Not Sure If Wrapping Paper coming as quick This year even in the many ways in the Game.

i starting To wonder with some friends Do anyone care about Giving.

just want something Good

(maybe i feeling Bad for many of us who don't get presents)
and Feel That the world going greedy i care maybe still myself and do things in life Free

i Do work Free in Real world even.

The Impish Present is a large present located near Noel's Christmas tree.

In order to see and claim the present, you need to have completed the 'It's Snow Bother' quest, which you have not done according to Runemetrics.

Once you claim the rewards from the present, it disappears.

I Have seen the impish present near the Tree many Days Before starting to Think of Doing the Event

i Just started the Event Today. i do more another day

why do Events long Before the 25th of December just stupid to Have the christmas Event End at or Before 22nd anyway ?

what about the ones who work and don't have lots of free time on there hands ?

last time i looked some chistmas celebrations dont start till christmas eve. some Back in the Day just start Decorating for christmas on the Eve of the Day.

also to add why end the option to get this impish present for others when Before they said anything even about a impish present just stupid -us players are not jagex mind readers.

didn't they just said in the last news post on there main website page.

- sometimes it can take days to even find out about things too why it seem they don't want players to do the stuff they make.

But This impish present clearly It's Not True For some. it sounds a Bit like a Bug in Game for many what can Not Find Presents ?

seem like a lot of updates are not being made that well and players will be upset
