Many players claimed they have spent only thousands of real money to max all skills in RS3.

I don't mind if somebody had or wanted to spend $60,000 in a game, but the good news is RS3 is very affordable even for the pay to win community because this game is designed for the general public to have fun, and not aimed to help a very, very group of players handed picked by the developers to have fun making money.

For those who really want to "invest" real money in a game, this kind of low entry point, low risk games developed for the entertainment of the billions of real world consumers for years to come, instead of a selected few who want to cash out for a quick bucks every project, this is the kind of solid proven game they can invest with $10,000 on, while still be able diversify their other $50,000 on equally solid and proven games that aren't designed for the gain of a very, very small community.

It is your money you are spending. How can I be a "victim"? I have been playing with house money since the introduction of Permier Club. I only paid with bonds I got solely from playing the game. Thank you for the ones who bought bond MTX with real money. :)

Personally, I would not want to spend that much on RuneScape; or any other game for that matter. I would like to think I would allocate substantial amounts to various (real-life) charities instead, if I had that amount to readily spare!

Feb 9: Rose-tinted glasses release on TH, with the optional ability to turn on a custom filter. Midnight will be a great time to sell Bonds. Sadly it will also one of the last times Bonds will sell at sky-high prices.

I just want to commend the TH team on all work they did in the past 5 years to have Bonds peak at prices of 77.8m GE mid. It will fund great updates for people who survive on less.

Higher bond prices over the years only mean the likes of you who spend real money are spending less over training skills or buying Tbows and ECB of the likes. Good for you.

Yes.

I would suggest to anyone considering spending anything close to that amount just to get ahead in a game to instead set aside a portion of those funds for some mental health counciling, because that is clearly a cry for help.

Sure, I am looking forward to finding out more about the new skill, Necromancy. However, I'm not about to donate the financial equivalent of a new sports car to Jagex just to train it. All hail The Empty Lord!

When Invention was released, max total level became 2715. In July, le me will have ruled over 2715 days as Rank 1 of RuneScape 3. He is probably sick of being the best. It's time someone new won the overall crown.

Exciting preview of Necromancy is coming. Content creators are going to have a ferocious advantage over every currently maxed player. I hope today shows Necromancy to be unrelated to wealth.

Big plans to be made.
