Exactly what I think. It is their money they can choose what to spend. And it gets even better in RS3 soon, as there are a lot of untradeable endgame Necromancy items for a change. We can't just buy bonds with real money and get RS3 gp to buy them from GE or other players.

One of my clanmates friend is suffering from depression after spells of compulsive shopping. I think I would like this thread to be closed. I dont care about him but I am scared I will be affected by it. I need good karma and all my money.

Ashes (regular Ashes) are cheaper than Bones (regular Bones) so you may save more of your $60,000 for other skills.

I'm not sure I understand this thread. Do you want a skill that costs the equivalent of $60,000 in RS3 gp to level up (which, if you do it the legal way with bonds, equates to about 240bil which is insane). Though MMG broke Andrew's promise to us that real-life wealth would never give a person a (legal) advantage in RS3 it would still be very unfair to enable it as a near-requirement for players who don't have the time to earn THAT much gold for a 99 / 120 / 200m.

Or are you asking to fund the development of a new skill? If that is the case - I think contacting jagex directly is a better route than a forum post.
