Hi guys, hope everyone is doing well...
Two questions for you...

First, I just completed the Great Brain Robbery quest- and got the Barrelchest anchor.
According to the RS wiki - when you receive it from completing the quest, it's unusable until you let Smith on Mos' Le' Harmless fix it for 230,000 coins - but when I use the anchor on him - my character says it's too much. (at the moment) Is this a glitch of some sort? I even had both the coins and the book o' piracy in my inventory - yet my character keeps saying the same thing. What do I do?
Next - I'm currently aiming to get level 92 prayer for Soul Split - I've been told to go after frost dragons for their bones, which I've been doing, but it's a long process to kill them. Is there a rather more easier and efficient way than the frost dragon bones? I've been sticking with infernal ashes for now, and I want to know is this still a good outlet for training prayer?
One thing I didn't mention; was for the frost dragon bones/infernal ashes - I've been using the Chaos altar in the wildy to train prayer...
Can someone help me with these? I'd appreciate it! Thanks!

I did GBR the month it came out so I can't offer any help there, as for Frost dragons I kill them regularly for Necromancy prep.

My setup for frosties is super antifire, ascension crossbows with dragon slayer perk and diamond bakrimel bolts (e). Depending on your level any crossbows should be fine and you want diamond (e). I play on legacy mode and take them down in 3-4 hits but I'm also 99 range in addition to my gear, lol. Maybe try using a combat familiar for extra damage on them? If you aren't taking too much damage yourself I'd recommend starting on a second dragon when they summon the deflecting orb.
Casual legacy trash of 20 years in RS, writer of Skyrook Gorge (and other books) irl

Should the forums truly go; almost anyone from here is free to add me in-game.

Use a cannon, place it on either side of the room and quickly kill the 4 dragons, quickly pick up and place the cannon in the middle of the room to kill the others, after that the cannon will target and kill all that pop up. I used a steel titan and have noted and auto pick up bones perks so no need to move from the middle. Killing on a red skull account with no risk at all from the orbs and always tons of sharks on the floor if you need to heal. I do not have the new upgraded +50% cannon and lower-level weapons than you but using dragon bane bolts/ basic searing overloads.

@OP ashes will be miles cheaper because everyone is buying and saving all bones for the new skill so them prices have hit the roof.
