I’m not really interested in playing multiple accounts at once. I can only play one character at once, and I just want to focus on one.

But it’d be such a waste of time if I started over on one character on the opposite game. This is why I’m asking if a merge is possible.

Please keep in mind the platform we are discussing is called Jagex Accounts. It is not called Jagex Accounts (plural) for no reason. It is meant for one subscription for more than one accounts. However, like Xbox Game Pass and EA Play as I mentioned, you are always welcome to just play with one account on one of their long list of games.

Merging the two would look like:
1. thedorkster3 in OSRS would copy samanake3's OSRS stats/data.
2. samanake3 is subsequently deleted forever.

Does this seem logical/fair? I've always thought this made sense, but maybe it's harder to implement or not important, or I'm missing some contingency. Has anyone heard of Jagex something like this in the future? This is not possible and, to my knowledge, there are no plans to introduce any features that allow the moving, migration, or "merging" of a character profile from/to another character within or between any version of the game.

I am talking about Jagex Accounts, the platform Jagex just launched to manage all our Jagex accounts.

"Jagex Accounts have been an important project for us to improve security and quality of our account systems."


We can only do account based subscription seemingly as OP questioned through Jagex Accounts. Currently, we don't have such subscription plan yet, but it is possible to have that in the future. However, my point to OP is we will still have to create different accounts for each game.
