I don't believe for a second you actually think a level 90 tier Hatchet of Wind and Fire (or whatever name people want it to have) would need a crystal pickaxe to make.
Just admit you either are just trolling or you misunderstood Demonicsfire's post wrong about how the hatchet variant of the Pickaxe of Earth and Song would likely also need a crystal tool (a crystal hatchet in this case) and an Imcando tool (the newly added Imcando hatchet) to make, just like the PoEaS does.
