here's my 2 cents minus the eighty bucks I spent on membership

0 - pumpkin beret tokens
0 - ensouled masks
got other crap I don't want or use, and cant even sell because the same thing happened to everyone else. nobody buys the junk.
Should have gotten at least 1 mask, just sent a bug report about it because this happens at every event I have done the last few years, its like I have been blacklisted from ever getting the good items.
They should try the next event just advertising the crap, just show a fancy picture advertisement of players with stacks of bones and ashes, and lesser candles and chocolate bars, and junk candies (or whatever the junk is for the xmas event) see how many people want to do it then, see how many buy craptons of keys, or spend hours and hours trying to get something good knowing that the majority will get junk, point is, don't dangle the carrot and the keep pulling it away every single time.
Here's an idea jagex, charge 80 bucks for membs, and every event where someone gets junk and garbage and not the good items, make a disappointment button to give back 20 bucks towards next years membership, that would likely up the odds of getting the good stuff in short order. Or,, maybe a -trade in your crap for the real prize- button,, that may fix things a bit.
This event, for most people, is the same ole usual disappointment that makes a person want to quit, and after the recent corporate game destruction kerfuffle, should be the last thing they want to do.
Some days it does feel like the corporate bosses think its fun to keep you mildly mad and disappointed but not quite mad enough to leave.
