Hi,

Have you had issues with entering your clan's Citadel before?

Are any of your other clan members currently having the same issue?


There's always the possibility that you're just getting a disconnect from the server when attempting to switch to the instance shard world that Citadel are located in. This would cause you to get a "loading: please wait" message and kick you to lobby, the login screen, or back to the Citadel portal.

If that's the case, you can attempt to enter your Citadel from a different game world, and sometimes that works. ~ Sicariu

It's worth checking to see if anyone else is having the same issue in that case, one of the higher ranks may have been messing/accidentally changed the permissions which has blocked you from the citadel

This is NOT the case, as none of my clan mates are able to enter from any world. It keeps booting us as well. All ranks are allowed to enter and it simply boots us to login regardless of rank or world.
