clan admin can't enter citadel

I've checked with my clanmates and we are all having the same problem. We try to enter citadel and get booted to log-in screen. What gives, Jagex? Are you listening??

same my clan an several are unable to enter citadel we try enter an we get logged out of the game have to reenter all info to log onto game an even then unable to log into citadel when trying to log on to the game server.

Everyone in my clan is having this same issue it seems to have started on 8/2/17. Since I was able to enter my citadel yesterday but now I cant and none of my members can enter either.

There are threads all over the forum about this. The screen goes black and then you are logged out. Same here. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Did you submit a bug report in game? Spirits of Arianwyn | @Rae_Aus

To everyone who posted on this thread after my last post here:

The OP's issue entering their Citadel was a permission issue.

As of currently (and has been happening periodically recently), instanced servers are having issues resulting in activities that use instance shard worlds, such as Citadels, causing players to disconnect from the game. ~ Sicariu
