Yep I have the same issue and I made my clan a month ago.

Is there an alternaltive for RuneClan?

Help please

One of my clannies plays in legacy mode but the only time they can talk in the clan chat is when they are in the lobby, and that is the only time they can see any chat , can somone tell us what we are missing please

Hi Mark,

It sounds to me like they don't have the clan chat tab enabled. In legacy mode there's a 'button' under the chat box and here under' Clan' the chat will need to show as On. Clicking on it when it shows on should show only clan chat. Clicking 'All' will obviously show all chats and game messages.
I don't use legacy myself and a quick poll of my clanmates didn't bring up anyone else who did, so this is just from my quick switch over to see what's different.

Hello old friends :) Personally I haven't been able to log into my citi for well over a month now. I get black screened, can hear the waterfall, and a clanmate took a screenie of me standing next to them when I tried to enter. My visit also registers, but not able to move, do anything, see anything.

Have sent multiple bug reports, posted in tech support thinking it's probably my PC, updated drivers, removed RS, downloaded RS, and few other suggestions I got, none of that does anything.

Anyway, been seeing a few posts lately here and there about people having the same problem, as well as 2 of my clanmates. So, my question is, does anyone know of a work around, or know of other people experiencing this problem. Know it's a shot in the dark, but doesn't hurt to ask.

EDIT: Also, I have tried entering other instance shard worlds, with no problem at all.

Hope ya'll are doing well, nice to see this still going. Have gotten out of the big clan business, now being a filthy casual, but clans still very close to my heart :)

It's possible the name is already taken by a clan that has less than 5 members and is not appearing on the hiscores. I would recommend trying different names or variations of the name you're attempting to choose. ~ Sicariu

Following the recent announcement that the RS Forums are going to be removed entirely on March 28th, after becoming read-only on January 25th, I am planning to archive as many clan help related posts as possible to compile and share on other platforms.

To anyone who happens to read this message, if there are any important clan help related forum posts or threads that you think should be saved, please reply to this post with QFCs or links before January 25th to make sure they don't get missed. Additionally, if you have any advice that has not been shared in this thread already, feel free to contribute any knowledge you'd like to pass on.

Thank you to everyone who has offered helpful advice pertaining to clans via the RS forums over the years.

Thank you for all your help and hard work with the clan form Sicariu. It is such a shame that is is all going away. I believe the forum we had here is still a relevant source of helpful information for anyone in a clan and am sad to see it go
