Details: Owner has not been inlogged for a long time, which has even resulted in name deletion. I'd like to become owner of this old clan so I could preserve it. I am the only deputy owner.

Details: The owner and every other high rank are inactive (half the clan has removed names, including the only deputy), clan was made in 2011 by my other account Bixy (FKA Sworder Bix) however after leaving the clan, this is the highest rank account I have still in it. I would like to bring the clan back to life.
