How do I leave my clan?

If you are a normal member:

1 – Click on the clan chat tab.

2 – At the bottom of the clan chat window, click on the icon which says ‘Leave your clan chat completely’

If you are the owner:

1 – Demote yourself to Admin or below.

2 – The highest ranked member in the clan will then become the owner. You can leave the clan using the steps above.

Note: The person who was ranked to deputy first is made the owner. The safest way to avoid any mishaps is to temporarily demote all other deputies.

If you are the only person in the clan:

1 – Go to clan camp [south of Falador] and talk to the Scribe in the North East corner.

2 – Select the option to disband your clan.

How can we move our build tick and what does it cost?

How to move the tick:

1 – Go to the citadel keep and talk to the Quartermaster.
2 – Select the option to move the build tick.
3 – The build tick will be moved to exactly 7 days after the time at which you requested the build tick change.

Note:
The build tick automatically changes each week to the time at which the first members entered the citadel. This is a useful way of changing the build tick by a few hours.

However, there is a 'grace period' after the tick. If a member enters during this grace period, the time of the next build tick will not be changed. The duration of the grace period is not known.

What it costs to move the tick:

1 – The cost of moving the build tick is the same as the cost of upkeep. So if you move the tick you will end up paying upkeep twice in one week.

2 – The resources you have collected in the citadel are NOT reset after you choose to move the tick. The clan members who have not capped yet need to collect the necessary resources.

3 – If you fail to pay the double upkeep, your citadel will dilapidate.

Note:
If you have capped before the tick is moved, your cap will be reset and you can cap again.
If you have not capped before the move, you will be able to cap once and then again by leaving the citadel and re-entering.
Avatars will only be able to cap once.

Thanks to Uncle Penny for helping with this post :)

Information on Upkeep:
- Our citadel seems to have broken down – why?
- How many people need to visit the citadel for upkeep?
- How can I see how many resources we need for upkeep?

Each week, your clan needs to collect enough resources and get enough members to visit to pay for the ‘upkeep’ of the citadel. If your clan does not meet these requirements one week, your citadel will look broken down and the plots will give less xp. If your clan does not meet upkeep a second week, the citadel will degrade.

You can see how many resources each building needs for upkeep by:

1 – Go inside your citadel and click on the citadel map.
2 * Near the top centre of the window, click on the tab called ‘View Job List Interface’.
3 * Enter your pin and you will be shown how many resources need to be collected for upkeep, upgrades and downgrades. [the middle tab at the top shows upkeep]

If you are upgrading your citadel, you will need more people to visit the citadel in order to meet upkeep. Here is a table that shows the number of members needed for each tier:

-----------| Members needed to visit
Citadel Tier |-- Upkeep ---- Upgrade
1 ----------------5 ----------- 7
2 ----------------5 ----------- 10
3 ----------------5 ----------- 15
4 ----------------5 ----------- 20
5 ----------------5 ----------- 25
6 ----------------5 ----------- 30
7 ----------------5 ----------- N/A

If your citadel has dilapidated, just meet the upkeep requirements next week to get it back to normal :)

When we take the avatar out of the citadel it disappears * why? What can we do?

Explanation 1:
1 – Make sure there isn’t another avatar on the same world. Only one avatar is allowed on a single world, so the second one disappears automatically.
2 – If this is the case, hop worlds and ‘call’ your avatar and it should appear.

Explanation 2:
1 – Avatars automatically return to the citadel after 6 hours. You may have had it out too long.
2 - You will just have to go back to the citadel and summon it again.

Explanation 3:
1 – There are certain areas where avatars cannot go [e.g. G.E.]
2 – If you step outside this area and ‘call’ your avatar it should appear.

Explanation 4:
1 – Sometimes a bug appears which makes your avatar disappear as soon as you step out of the citadel.
2 – If the avatar does not reappear in the Avatar Habitat, submit a Bug report.
