Ive re-made them so ** flows better, and is easier to read.
I suggest you spread them into 3 posts though.

Hello RuneScapers!
My name is Naruko-Sama,
And this is the official recruting thread for Clan Kyuubi No Youko!

This clan was started to be a fun place to hang out with friends,
either in the Citadel, or out in the large world of RuneScape.
It is a wonderful place for new player to get their start,
with helpful, experienced clanmates and weekly incentives for all level players,
such as resource bonuses and cash rewards. We also offer plenty of fun events, parties, contests and much more!

First you need to know what is expected of members

Rules of the Clan:
1. Respect your fellow clan members.
2. Be kind and helpful to your fellow RuneScapers.
3. DO NOT BOT!!! EVER!!!
4. Must occasionally participate in events.
5. Help with the Citadel (P2P only)
6. Do not edit the Citadel without permission (Admin+ only)
7. When meetings are in session please act with maturity.
8. Use the Clan Page and Forums.
9. No Gambling!
10. Follow RuneScape Rules and COC.

Consequences:
1. Those caught botting will be immediately kicked from the clan.
This includes auto-clickers and auto-typers.
2. Those found not helping maintained the Citadel will be banned from the island.
If you don't help you don't get to enjoy the benefits.
3. Information on events is available on the Clan Noticeboard,
and the bottom of the Clan Page.
4. All clan shops (run by clan members, for clan members) must be inside the citadel (inside the wall on the island, not in the keep) for it to count towards promotion.
5. Quest help promotion requests will be checked.
The name of the clan member who recieved assistance must be given,
and will be validated. One case will not be enough for promotion.
6. This is a community based clan. Those caught acting with rudeness or disrespect (namecalling, mean spirited teasing, Patronizing others) will recieve a demotion.
In the event the person is a recruit they will recieve a temp-ban.
7. All events must be cleared from the notice board after the event has expired.
8. Be very carefull when recruiting other members.
Be sure they are willing to contribute their fair share to the clan and that
they will follow the rules, and will respect the authority of those in charge.
9. Corporals, Sergeants, and Lieutenants are only allowed to give orders in an emergency, when passing on an order from a captain+, and only to lower ranks.
11. Those acting with immaturity during a meeting (Spamming, being disruptive, etc) will be banned from the keep for the duration of the meeting.
12. Admins+ Only
All demotions, bans, mutes, and promotions must be approved by Clan leader

The punishments are as Follow:
Verbal Offences:
1st: Temp-mute
2nd: Demotion & Temp-mute
3rd: Perm-mute
Active Offences:
1st: Demotion
2nd: Temp-ban
3rd: Perm-ban.
Any reccurring offences will result in a Perm-ban.

We also offer benefits to members**
** and resource bonuses will be available to members every week!
The bonuses corespond with rank:
Recruit: 2000gp and 10 of weekly resource
Corporal: 2500gp and 15 of weekly resource
Sergeant: 3000gp and 20 of weekly resource
Lieutenant: 3500gp and 25 of weekly resource
Captain: 4000gp and 30 of weekly resource
General: 4500gp and 35 of weekly resource
Admin+: Rewards and bonuses will be proportionate to how much work is done,
as these ranks require a clan job.
All Weekly resources will be announced week to week,
so be sure to check the website every week!
We currently are only taking P2P into the clan.
