If you look at those who are in your clan chat, each of them has a little arrow after the world they are on. Click that and then the green tick icon. Provided you have the correct permission, you are able to see how many resources ( and which ) each clan mate gathered.
You can only check clan mates who are in the clan chat, and must be on the same world as them.
