Hello, our clan has been without a leader for 6 months now. We have exhausted every avenue in trying to get her to come back and hand over leadership to no avail. Our citadel is tier 7 now and we worked very hard to achieve this and are very proud of it. We don't want to loose it and start a new clan. Is there any way we can make one of our deputies leader? Our clan has 65 members also.

Unfortunately at this time there is no way to change ownership unless the owner does it. Your choices are limited, continue as you are now with the permissions available or start a new clan. I would suggest if things are running as well as they can under the circumstances that would be your best option. Would be hard to give up a T7 Citadel :(
