Hello, I need help with a clan forum.

I am not the clan leader, but I offered to make the clan's recruitment thread. As I felt I had the most experience in forums. But I stumbled upon a little problem.
Maybe you can help.

I posted the recruitment thread on the "Clan Forums" and set it to public.
But I want to also post it in another place, like the Clan Recruitment- Special Clans
place on the forums.

Is there a way to make it possible to post it there too? but also have it still in the clan forums? Maybe make a copy without having to repost it there or... what options do I have?

Brand new clan, not enough time in my day. Our clan is Heavens Chaos we have 17 members at the moment . Please tell me do I need to post a recruiting thread and then you would help? If that is the case let me know and I will put one up best I can.
