I made a request on an earlier inactive owners thread but it was the last post on that thread and I am unsure if it was seen. If it was and it was denied, I apologize for making a repeated request.

Additional Information: This is quite a complicated story so I'll have to leave some less important details out to fit the 2000 character limit. If needed, I can certainly elaborate later.

Elisiam has not logged into the game for around a decade at this point, and was in fact made owner by mistake. The previous owner, Orodnar, meant to promote me to owner several years ago but Elisiam was the deputy owner at the time and thus he became the owner when Orodnar demoted himself. Elisiam was not an active player at the time of his promotion to owner.

I personally know Elisiam and Orodnar. I contacted Elisiam and he is either unable or unwilling to gain access to his account and cannot promote me himself. Orodnar, not knowing that this thread existed, left the clan as it was inactive and joined another; he has since left that clan as it also became inactive. I cannot invite Orodnar back into the clan as a member because I do not have permission to do so; I cannot change the permissions of any rank, nor can I demote myself. Orodnar can only join the clan as a guest, which doesn't really help in this case.

I realize that this would require a major exception to your criteria, as I am a General, well below the rank of Deputy Owner. However, there are currently only five clan members and the clan was never larger than six people, and I am the only active member of the clan and likely the only current clan member that has logged in in the last 10 years. This is literally the only way the clan can become active once again. If it helps, Orodnar is an active player; if there is a way to add him to the clan I imagine he may have his old rank of Deputy.

Thank you for your time.

My clan's name is StarryKnights.
Our Inactive Clan owner's name is Twerk4_Jesus.
I am the only active deputy, so the new owner would be me, Bip Uuhh Dock.

Our clan owner had billing issues and has opted to leave runescape. It has not quite been a year since he has left, but he will not be coming back and I have messages from discord to show that is the case. I would be able to provide screenshots over the email.

I understand that this case in particular will take time but I have not found anywhere otherwise to ask this question. My clan is eligible and matches all of the criteria for an ownership transfer, however we have 3 Deputy Owners (of which I am not one) and 2 of these deputy owners match the same criteria for an inactive owner. That is to say, there is only a single active deputy owner and thus we cannot contact/reach the others to form a majority vote to transfer ownership.

Is there any path that can be taken (by our active deputy owner) that can still result in a transfer of ownership or would a transfer not be possible in this case?

Additional Information: Zetris has been inactive for years, on previous attempts to shift ownership, upon receiving emails from Jagex, Zetris logged in, made all our admin+ members into deputy ranks (including many inactive members), and then logged off again. As such we have numerous inactive deputies that can not be deranked and an inability to rank up members to deputy that are active. We have had no communication with Zetris in at least five years and I have been maintaining the clan even before he went inactive.

Additional Information: This is a somewhat unique situation. I was the original founder of this clan. I had founded it back in 2011. I originally had a black coloring with a red trim (not sure if this helps or not). I left the clan in 2012, it was later renamed, and the newer owners and the members of the clan all went inactive years ago. I tried to find the clan on the community section of the website but had no luck. Last time I saw their page, it showed that a lot of the members, including the high-ranking ones, lost their usernames due to inactivity (it's been that long). But I did however find that their CC is still there which means the clan wasn't shut down. To prove that I was the original owner, there might still exist a thread on the clan's forum page with my username on this website. I understand that this does not meet all of the requirements - it is a stretch for me - but if you can help me out here so I can restart my old clan it would be greatly appreciated.

Additional Information: Hi Guys, we waited 90 days for the jagex auto system to remove our original leader which it did but it put another ranked member who hasn't be active since the 8th of may and forcing us to wait even longer, we are desperate to make some changes and having people leave to not be able to accommodate to requests. ReggaeXP and World 514 are the original leaders accounts but both haven't been logged into for 91 days

Please could this be actioned to the above member BAK3Rx

if we could get this sorted be greatly appreciated

Additional Information: Hello, i tried to transfer the leadership from my main when leaving the clan, to this account and i forgot there was a deputy owner that was still ranked alongside my alt this account, the inactive owner if he loggs in its once every 18 months for 2 mins.
