Hey

I tried to do MPD today with Ring of recoil (didnt use curses, not sure if it meant the spell on p72). After killing all 4 wights doing this, none dropped the invitation box and itchlarin kept playing the combat animation he was doing beforehand, despite attacking nothing.

I tried this twice, so was just wondering if i needed to cast the curse spell on them or do something special :) Reviewing the Raffle since 2015

They most likely require you to target them, which would require the spell confuse/weaken/curse to accomplish. If you need some help, stop by the clan Hitpoint Hierarchy. Its the clan we use to chat between us 10hpers. Blackston is a Naabe.

Ahhh Legacy will be released Monday ftw!

Xp resets will come later... and hopefully xp blocks will join.

From Monday, you'll be able to engage in combat with these features:
- Special Attacks.
- Old Animations & stances.
- Pre-RS3 Interfaces, both resizable and fixed.
- 138 Combat Formula, tweaked to give melee, ranged & magic equal contribution.

I have like 60m cashstack I saved for bonds, I'm just waiting for the right time. Thanks for the love though~
and being so conserving.. I'd look for a way to make back that 8m to pay for the bond so that my stack doesn't actually go down.. 200m hp Exp / Frost Fox

I have a few questions, I hope they get answered

I was 61 combat before Eoc, I just logged into legacy to find I am now 77, will this be fixed after beta released or is it ment to be like this?

Will overloads in the wilderness be kept? It is extremely overpowered

You say certain players will be allowed resets. Won't this be abuse as someone could have got turmoil since EOC to then be reset to 1 defence and be able to use the curses etc?

I'll try to answer briefly:
1. This is probably because Range and Magic now make a greater contribution to your combat level, equal to that of Melee. No plans to change this.
2. Yes overloads are being kept
3. We will create a system where that is not possible. Any stat resets would also remove any other unlocks which required them.

I just completed 'The Feud'

There are 2 fights in it, where you cannot TFK (It says someone else is fighting the opponent).

The first guy is 4k lp and he disappears after a set time if you dont killl him. I used a Recoil and reflect to kill him, wearing no armour but a wooden shield. I also had to get 50% adrenaline before the fight to try and make most of the little time i had, as its very tight. (ASA probs helps a lot with this!)

The second guy is about 1900lp, he is a lot easier. He probably has a time limit too but its a lot faster than the first guy to kill


The reason why I didn't use an ASA is because I dont have one

So as of the update on July 1st ASA is broken and now gives xp for damage it gives. Just a warning to anyone who happens to use ASA for 10hp purposes. I found out the hard way about 12 days after the update, as no one had done any combat with the aura since then. Blackston is a Naabe.
