@ziksy

If you really cant finish your icefiend task and want to get rid of it you can let your account lapse to F2P status which will allow you to get a different task in F2P.

Oh, that's a nice option. Although sad I can't do it the regular way, but thanks for the headsup ^_^

Believe they said it would be focused around puzzles rather than combat, so should be able to do.

Did Quest today on my main, I believe it's completelly doable.

Ok, found a solution to Shilo Village. Its quite simple actually. Have an alt or another person damage the boss down to low lp and have it/them lobby while you recoil the remaining health. Them lobbying resets who has done the most damage on the boss and gives you the kill. Works with all 3 phases, making it a rather easy and fast fight. Plenty of safespots to block it for the alt/other person to log out. And if the other acc kills the boss there is no risk of xp since you didn't do any actual damage. Blackston is a Naabe.

Finally I have time to actually play again...

Dimension of Disaster: Demon Slayer is possible without gaining any xp. The book does die to recoil + reflect (not sure if recoil alone is enough); Agrith-Naar and the Lesser Demons give no xp when killed.

For those that have done Family Crest: Defender of Varrock and its Dimension of Disaster counterpart are also possible without gaining any xp.

Ancestor's Aura still gives xp (I figured it needed retesting since it was updated a while ago); and so does Bolas + Black Magic.

EDIT: TFK on Loar Shades in Mort'ton seems to award both the drop and kill to the person who tagged (I tried this in Social Slayer). Perhaps someone that hasn't completed the quest should test this again?

EDIT2: I saw Rocking Out was a "maybe", and one of the suggestions provided was to use a Legendary Pet to retrieve items. I don't own a legendary pet, but I tried to summon a Golden Chinchompa on the prison island, which gave a message "You cannot summon a pet right now" or something like that. I think it's safe to assume it won't allow you to summon a Legendary Pet either...

Death Plateau

The Map can be killed with Bolas + Blood Necklace. No xp gained.

Sounds good and all... except bolas requires 76 ranged. currently it is bugged to kill the Map with recoil + Blood Necklace. so if you can find an actual skiller alternative i'd be grateful.

I have a Question about Rune Mysteries... I'm a little nervous about the vortex during the start of the quest. do you gain experience from luring it to the middle? and is there any action in the quest that gives me combat experience? i know the rewards are lamps, so i should be ok finishing it, but i have no clue on what i should avoid doing.

mind you, i am a lvl 3 skiller. not a 10-hp pure.

None of the vortexes in the quest give experience as you're not killing them. So you're safe =]
