It probably doesn't matter because xp resets and xp blocks but i went through the fight with Koschei from the Fremennik Trials on beta.
It doesn't give any experience and the fight is very easy. You can also bring recoils but wont need them. He hit like 1-20s on me but with high defence he might not even hit you. his 4th form only has 200 more lifepoints and doesn't do that much more damage. I used 2 doses of a saradomin brew over all 4 forms.
I was hoping it would give access to wield the Fremennik blade but nope
