I definitely have a different opinion on rare names than you do.
Not sure if you consider your name a "rare" name but it is not at all IMO. Perhaps if it was just "Taylor".

Edit: Just went through every page because I was curious to see what rare names that have posted that you did not think were rare enough for your list.

There are a few names that have posted that I consider very good rare names and much better than 90% of the names on your list, but I am not going to mention which names they were. Also the only name that I really like on that list is Warlock.
