Umm, this doesn't make sense to me, because technically all names are rare. Every display name is unique, meaning only one avatar can have that specific name. Since no name can be used more than once, every display name is one of a kind.
That aside, I read your other thread about the "gathering" event. It sounds interesting, might pop by just to hang.
