I cannot seem to get the Temple of Light teleport option added to my Crystal Teleport Seed.

I have completed the prerequisite quests:

Plague's End
Mourning's End Part I
Mourning's End Part II
Within The Light (this is the quest that should give you this reward option)

The Light Within (causes her to leave and players have to switch to using Islwyn for this option)

Since Eluned is now gone I have tried speaking to Islwyn in the Ithell Clan district of Prifddinas and he doesn't give me any dialogue about it. Just greets me and tells me the 'Letter should should cover everything' when mentioning Eluned.

I have followed other player's advice and only had 1 charged seed in my inventory when talking to him and still nothing.

I have tried the following variations:
Spoke to Islwyn with just a single, fully (8) charged Crystal Teleport Seed in my inventory
He doesn't nothing, just says its already charged


Spoke to Islwyn with just a single uncharged Crystal Teleport Seed in my inventory
He offers to charge it for me. This option doesn't give me the new teleport option


Spoke to Islwyn with just my Attuned Crystal Teleport Seed in my inventory
He does nothing, just says its already charged


Spoke to Islwyn after destroying all extra Crystal Teleport Seeds in my bank and just one seed in my inventory
He has the same options depending on whether I have a charged or uncharged seed as listed above


I even destroyed my Attuned Crystal Teleport Seed, acquired a new Crystal Teleport Seed and spoke to him.
All he does is offer to charge it and the charge doesn't include the teleport to the Temple of Light (either with right clicking or activating the seed).


I have tried using all variations of the seed on him to no effect.

Is there something I've missed?

Am I understanding the requirements correctly?

This is the section from the Runescape Wiki for the Light Transit medium Tirranwn task along with my quest log showing both The Light Within and Within the Light completed.

So I should qualify for the teleport to be added to my crystal teleport seed and it needs to be done by Islwyn in Prifddinas. What am I missing?

Nope, I haven't heard back from anyone about it.

I've triple checked the requirements and unless the RS Wiki is wrong I qualify for it but can't seem to trigger the NPC to upgrade my crystal transport seed still.

Unfortunately RS doesn't have active mods that address in game issues so I think we're stuck with this.

Personally I'm probably going to go play something else a bit more actively managed, maybe Cyberpunk when its released.

Thanks for looking into this Corder but unfortunately I have already tried following the tips mentioned in those Reddit threads. They revolve around Islwyn replacing Eluned as the NPC who enchants the seed the final time with the new teleport option to the Temple of Light.

The RS Wiki says "If The Light Within is already completed, then speak with Islwyn in the Ithell Clan district of Prifddinas." This is the part I am stuck on as I have completed both Within the Light and The Light Within and have tried talking with Islwyn with an uncharged seed, fulling charged seed and my attuned seed. I have even destroyed all remaining seeds in my bank (including my attuned seed) and collected a new one and tried again. Nothing.

Thanks for looking into it though however I wouldn't stress too much.

I have the same problem, for some reason I'm not able to 'upgrade' my attuned crystal seed by Eluned.
I do have the attuned crystal seeds, but Eluned won't add the Temple of Light teleport to it.

Not sure what's going on, but I've tried everything from the above paths, looked at google for other possible solutions, but still nothing.
I'm quit sure that we must talk with Eluned to get this added, but the only thing the NPC tells me that I can show him any crystal item and 'upgrade' it, when I use the attuned seed on Eluned he tells me it is still enhanced..

Pretty frustrating :)

Have you also tried using a seed on him that has only 1 charge, with only 1 seed in your inventory? From my understanding this is the requirement listed on Wiki.
