Very interested in the fishing rates, hope someone can fill in the blanks
Anyways, it would be good to add a "bonus xp" category in certain skills since you can get certain bonus xp item by playing certain mini-games or events.
Minigames---Bonus xp tools---Skills can be used
Barbarian Assault---Penance horn---Agility,Firemaking,Mining
Stealing Creation---Stealing creation needle---Crafting
Stealing Creation---Stealing creation hammer---Construction,Smithing
Stealing Creation---Stealing creation harpoon---Fishing
Stealing Creation---Stealing creation knife---Fletching
Stealing Creation---Stealing creation hatchet---Woodcutting
*Stealing Creation---Stealing creation butterfly net---Hunter
Heist---None---Thieving,Hunter
Agoroth---Black pearls x2---Any skill(Twice a week for p2p, Once a week for f2p)
Clan Citadel---Quartermaster option for it---Mining,Smithing,Cooking,Firemaking,Summoning,Woodcutting,Crafting
*=Heist provides "higher" bxp/h in hunter than stealing creation. But some prefer sc over heist so it might be worth mentioning at least
You could add the event ones if you want, like hati/Skoll.
Edit; I see you add the "preset" for cooking, but not for other skills o.O like Crafting,fletching and more ;o

Divination
Gear; Diviner's headwear,robe,legwear,footwear,handwear
Familiar; Nightmare muspah in ava world
Exp rates; 70k/h without energy,familars in poison waste (95l*+ loc)
Farming
Gear; Farmer outfit with falador shield 2,3 or 4
Aura; Greenfinger(3%),Greater/Master/Supreme/Legendary Greenfinger. 5/7/10/15% respectively
I can't give xp rates/h for it since farming is abit special
Livid farm is 30k/h tho
Firemaking
You can only use book of char daily for 2minutes, don't think it's possible to get 4m/h, or there's something i don't know about it ;o
Anyways, bonfires xp/h are; 180k/270k/320k/h, Maple/Yews/Magic respectively(this is with flame glove,fire ring,max bonfire boost. Idk about elders but I heard is around 450k/h with the boost.
fletching
Gear; your typical skilling gear
Unless you do bronze arrows then dwarven army axe provides bonus xp for it

Make Maple shieldbow(u)---95k/h---1gp/xp
Loss Will only mention those worth mentioning xD
Dragon darts---1.35m/h---26gp/xp
Broad arrows---650k/h--11.05gp/xp
String magic shieldbows--220k/h--2.55gp/xp
String yew magicshieldbows--185k/h--1.86gp/xp
