Couple more tests here

Thieving (quite a bit better than originally thought):

Gear: Exo, T5 aura, ardy cape 4 (forgot monkey lol)

Thieving XP: 332.5k
Fleching XP: 56,250
GP: About 1M based off of ge mid and ~500k cash dont have an exact number will get a better idea tomorrow.


Mining:

Gear: gold mining outfit, T4 aura, lava titan, d pick, 6% ava for pretty much all of the time

XP: 350,632 (this hour was odd had 126k bonus xp and about 20-25min of voice boost some was included with the bonus xp)
Ore: 269

Going to test this again tonight and update on the xp rate without aura to see if that changes anything hopefully I can get a boost with voice.

2nd mining hour:

Gear: gold mining outfit, lava titan, d pick, 3% ava for pretty much all of the time, 20min of voice boost

XP: 167,200
Ore: 200

Just the 5% from ibis with exo and the boost from voice for a bit throughout the hour. And awesome I will try and get another hour in to see if that was a fluke.

Another thieving hour:

Gear: Exo (5% ibis), t5 aura, ardy cape 4

XP: 290.5k
GP: 690k cash+items

The difference between this and the last hour was I had to wait 13min this hour rather than 5min due to an instant 3 fail for 1 clan but the xp/hour for both hours assuming no waiting is the same. The gp/hour here is very nice though compared to traders and you get more trisk key parts and chance at brawlers.

EDIT: Forgot to add that cheeky monkey doesn't work but was pretty sure it wasnt going to anyways

You didn't mention Char's Training Cave for Firemaking?

You can train there once a week for 10 minutes. Making as many spirals as you can (probably at least five), you can get over 110k FM xp in those 10 minutes. That's 660k/h if you could do that for an hour. I pretty much did this from 92ish FM to 99 just because it's free and still good xp (and I was really into doing dailies, weeklies, and monthlies).

Exp rates so far in the Elf City.

Tested:
Mining Seren Stone: 150k-200k, 200k+ with voice
Smithing Corrupt ore - 225k, more with voice.
Pickpocketing: - 330k + 50k fletch
Mining Gem Rocks: 20k, but get spirit gems for summoning.
Slayer - With preferred tasks, and more monsters per task - Great boost in xp

Being Tested:
Bonfire in Max Guild:
Woodcutting Yew next to bank:
Farming - Adding elder trees to your run may have extra exp. Will test
Combat - new rangers / mage
