ATM Legacy+Abyss is faster magic\defence xp per hour than glacors, and is AFK.

Edit:
Also for firemaking with the book of char, what I do it summon yak, fill with magic logs +, grab new pouch+ inv of logs. Dismiss yak, summon new one fill with logs, dismiss, bank one moee time with pouch+Inv of log, summon new yak fill with logs, and dismiss. This will create 3 stacks of logs each stacked to ~27. I find running will often ignore logs so walking over the 3 stacks of logs to be mostly used, usually i have 3-5 logs left walking over them.

Thank you Nerf My Zed, I will update that.

That method is already in there,

Familiar:
Clan Avatar = 3-6%
Pyrelord = +3 boost and 10 xp per log. also used as tinderbox
Pack Yak + Book of Char = 4.5m per hour xp (drop 4 stacks of elder and run back n forth) *limit of 2-3 mins

Exp. rates per hour:
Pack yak + book of char = 4.5m "only once per day for limited time of 2-3 mins. Adds up to 4.5m if you were able to go the full 60 mins."

Another thing I do to maximize xp gained in skills I don't otherwise train is this. When I get a fallen star in say agility, I'll goto the burth task-master and re-enable agility challenges. then when I get agility the next day, I'll go ahead and do the 24 laps for a bunch of xp. Same thing with other skills. I keep a tab full of soft clay , arrow making supplies, etc specifically for this. This is so that along with the double xp gained from TH, i get the xp boost from completing the challenge. You can easily ignore all fallen stars gained for 2 months, and then do this and complete it in <2 weeks on the 3rd month and just dont worry about it again.

Personal advice for any that go for 200mil all, I'd do agility laps daily, since the xp is crap and it's a rewardless skil, I'd be doing daily barb challenges while maintaining BXP from barb assault. To minimize the time spent on the skill.

Suppose this is kinda a general tip.

Other thread got locked so I'll post it here.

"For agility, I'd highly recommend just training other skills to 200m while using silverhawk.
You could also do Barbarian Assault to double the speed of agility training, but if you intend to go for all 200m's it'd be more for the sake of saving money than to get faster 200m agility because I think after a couple 200m's you'd have 200m in agility too.

Constitution, defence, magic and summoning are best trained at Glacors. Soon Glacors will be added as a slayer task, too, so if you have enough saved up slayer tickets and points you can cancel other tasks to get to Glacors faster.

"Alchcutting" can also be done during mining and fishing, not just woodcutting. I usually alch my logs.

I know it's not really a training method but if you're bossing, don't waste xp inbetween kills, fletch broad arrows or high alch. A real efficient player will also manage to high alch during kills (though your teammates might hate you for it :p ).

This is all I've got for now. Your guide is looking very good, I'll look at it again later to see if I missed to point out anything. :) "
