How to send PM after update?

Basically when I send someone a Private message and press Enter it doesn't seem to show me sending them a message nor can I see a message they send me, anyway to manage to send one?

Edit: It's fixed, so this thread is safe to be locked if need be, thank you everyone who gave tips :) 200m Dunge, Rc, Mage and invention accomplished, + 120 Constitution/Slayer/Range/Summoning/Woodcutting/Mining/Defence/Strength and 110m fishing, got comp/MQC and 200m Fishing/Woodcutting/Mining as well as 120 herb/Farming/Cooking most 120s just Agility, Theiving, Hunter and Prayer left

Make sure you have the correct chat window open.
That's a good call.

Also make sure you're not set to appear offline, because that will block you from sending PM's.

It was the right chat window and private was set to on :) 200m Dunge, Rc, Mage and invention accomplished, + 120 Constitution/Slayer/Range/Summoning/Woodcutting/Mining/Defence/Strength and 110m fishing, got comp/MQC and 200m Fishing/Woodcutting/Mining as well as 120 herb/Farming/Cooking most 120s just Agility, Theiving, Hunter and Prayer left

@ Thesims201 - Assuming you are using the desktop client, if you have "split private chat" checked in your Chat Customisation options, check your Layout Mode to make sure that your Private Chat interface isn't hiding behind another interface.

If you do not have "split private chat", make sure you are either looking at your All Chat or your Private Chat tab on the chat interface. If your Private Chat is not showing, re-select it from the Community icon on the game ribbon.
