P.S. Should I use an amulet of ranging instead of fury? Fury has +4 more prayer bonus but ranging ammy +5 more range attack.

Lol fury is 7M there's no way I can get that and afford 99 range. I'll have to use a glory lol, I'm also using a holy wrench which will save me 2M according your estimate of using 1000 prayer potions
Leech range might be better than eagle eye, eagle eye drains 1 prayer point in 3 seconds, leech range drains 1 point in 3.6 secs. But it depends how fast leech range increases from 5% to 25%

Islayi, the best option would be Monkey Skeletons at Ape Atoll. Mummies give good experience but not as close as the Monkey Skeletons do. You will get some good drops from Mummies that you won't get from Monkey Skeletons though.
If you can, try them out in Ape Atoll. It will save you a lot of time and money.
