Stu1007 - Not really. At that level, you can gain good experience. As long as you have enough money to supply you, I say you are good to go for you 85 Ranged goal! :P
Deadlyman128- Yes, they do drop Gold, Green, Crimson, and Blue Charms.
Cyba Rules - Like I said before, I cannot calculate the amount of potions that are going to be used by individual players because it varies. You can drink at a different rate than I do and you can use different prayers.
Considering these two factors change the total amount used, I cannot guesstimate for you, unfortunately. :)

I need about 5,500,000 range exp till 99
About how many chinchompas and how long will it take to get to 99. Also if I were to not chin what should I do.

29,000 Red Chincompas. The time is based on how many hours you play per day. Once, I obtained 2M experience a day. It really depends. I would say 4-5 days max.
Iron Knives are good but really slow. :)

Mister Bam - I would still wait until 85, but if you want to start now and you have the money, then there is nothing else stopping you. ;)
