Zeropsps - You've have to use around 7k Red Chinchompas, to be on the safe side. Using Eagle Eye will give you more experience but you will use more Prayer Potions.

2 Def 99 Str - It's up to you. Eagle Eye will give you more experience in exchange of more Prayer Potions. At Chaos Tunnel, you will receive drops from Mummies which could be used to pay for the supplies needed. At Ape Atoll, it will be faster but you will get no drop.

Very nice guide. I probably wont use the information because I cant afford 99 range right now, but in comparison to other chinning guides which don't give approx number of chins used, cost, etc. A++ for all your hard work and congratulations on achieving 99 ranged.

hello, first off i would like to say: nice thread, you did a good job :D . secondly, i was wondering if 47.5k red chins would be enough to get 99 range from 85. (47.5k because i was thinking of getting 99 hunter then using the chins to get 99/close to 99 range)

Let's say 1k Chinchompas gives you 200k experience. 47,5000 times 200 = 9,500,00M experience. That added to the experience you've is around 12,800,000M experience total, which isn't enough for 99 Ranged.
I would get 50,000 Red Chincompas to have enough. Good luck and thanks! :P
