Thread thoroughly updated. Remember that the prices I initially used have changed immensely. Red chincompas have gone up in price and so have prayer potions. This means, undoubtedly and unfortunately, that you will need more cash.
I am so sorry about not answering those questions in the last few pages. I have been extremely busy with college and real life so it has been an obstacle for me to return here. However, I have a few days off so I decided to update the thread.
As of this post, all the information I recently included is current. Feel free to ask anything and I am sure I will reply to you as soon as possible. For those questions asked within the last two weeks, I will do my best to answer them later on when I get home.

Thanks for the guide, I'm thinking of chinning once I get higher ranged but due to my 1 prayer I'll have to adapt the training method a bit :( . No eagle eye prayer, no void armour, no protect prayers and so it goes... :P . Hopefully it works out ok, so although I can't follow your guide exactly bits and pieces will be helpful.

Baffler: To be honest, without 43 Prayer, you will not be able to successfully go forward with this method. The Monkey Skeletons will devour you if you don't protect from Melee. If you are a pure, then don't level up. If you aren't, I recommend you do to have a better change at this.

This is a great guide.
I've been sw'ing mostly to 97, but now I'm 97, I just wanna get 99 range as fast as I can, and red chinning seems to be the way.
I have 11.5m range xp in total, you reckon 5k red chins will be enough for 99?
And how many ranging + prayer + super anti pots will I need?
(Bearing in mind I have +29 prayer bonus with my gear and I'll be using both eagle eye and protect from melee)
Also, you could add to your equipment list, elite void.
Full elite gives +8 prayer so less p pots will be needed. :D
If you have 74 dungeoneering and 74 prayer, you can use rigour, which is better than eagle eye and increases range by 20% (Costs 140k tokens). :)

Hey i've been training in the tunnels with the skeletons but i just wanted to make sure i'm doing it right. do i continuously attack the skeletons with red chins untill the multiply, or do i wait for them to multiply then attack?

You need to continuously attack them until you have all of them together. Remember, you're trying to attack the maximum number of skeletons which is 9. (Red chins work like Ice Barrage on a 3x3 square)
